About
PaneScape is owner-operated. When you book, the person who quoted the job is the person who shows up to do it.
There's no crew rotating through, no subcontractor who's never seen your property, and no manager to escalate to. The person who quotes the job does the job — which means the quality is consistent and the accountability is obvious.
It also means honest scheduling. If a job is going to take longer than expected, you hear it up front rather than finding out when someone rushes it.
PaneScape is based in North Fort Myers and serves Lee and Charlotte County, from Cape Coral out to Babcock Ranch.
FAQ
No. As long as we can reach the exterior and you've arranged access for any interior work, you don't need to be there. Plenty of our seasonal customers are out of state when we clean.
Most homes take one to three hours depending on window count and condition. We'll give you a realistic window when we quote, not an optimistic one.
In Southwest Florida, twice a year keeps most homes looking right. Waterfront and heavy-sprinkler properties often do better quarterly, mostly to stay ahead of hard water staining.
Rain on clean glass generally doesn't undo the work — what makes windows look bad is dirt, not water. If something genuinely isn't right, tell us and we'll come back.
Yes, fully insured. Happy to provide a certificate for commercial clients or property managers who need one on file.
Not currently. We handle single-story and ground-floor commercial glass, plus residential homes and condos.
We'll go over payment when we quote. Recurring customers can be set up on a regular schedule so it stays simple.
Send over a few details and you'll have a quote back quickly — usually same day.
